2024년식 레블500에 사용할려고 구매했습니다. 기존에 사용하던 12mm 와셔류를 보유하고있지만 사이즈 비교를위해서 다른 부품들 주문하면서 추가로 주문했습니다. 부품수령후 기존의 와셔들과 비교해보니 비슷해보입니다. 알리든 와셔가게든 편한곳에서 구매해서 사용하면 될 듯 합니다.

About quality and texture, I can confirm that the quality is great and that the material used is aluminum.About the feeling of use, One drain plug washer was needed for the new engine that I am building from newly purchased part from Honda. It has done its job in sealing between the crankcase and the drain plug bolt.Products to buy together, To be able to complete a new engine build many newly purchased parts are required to be added to your cart but the most important to go with the drain plug washer is the 12mm drain plug bolt as they all work together on the installation.Difficulty of installation, I can say the fitment of the drain plug washer for my installation was very easy due to the ease of access and the process is explained in the service manual which is to be tightened to the required torque value.Cost performance and comparison with other products, The pricing of this product is great. About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the drain plug washer from Honda, the washer is made from aluminium and has an outer diameter of 20mm, inner diameter of 12mm and a thichness of 1.5mm. About the feeling of use: The drain plug was showing signs of oil leaking and after the replacement of the washer and tightening it to the correct torque value there are now zero oil leaks. Products to buy together: A magnetic drain plug would also be desirable to purchase alongside the drain plug washer to assist in keeping fine metal particals from circulating in the engine oil. Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes about 5 minutes, give the mating surface a clean, fit the washer under the head of the drain plug and tighten down to 24N . m. Not difficult to do. Cost performance and comparison with other products: Great costing as you are getting a genuine Honda part made from a quality material at the best price when compared to what other brands are charging.About shipping and packaging: Sea frieght was my preferred method of shipping due to the lower cost but currently this service is unavailable from Japan Post, EMS is much faster which is nice. Webike kept me updated on the status of my order up to when it shipped. The parcel arrived within the expected date range and was well packaged with no chance of the part being damaged. Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing: These washers are a consumable item and you need to have spares on hand when carrying out your own maintenance as they tend to leak after being re-used a few times.

Why try and reuse that old oil drain plug aluminium crush washer with the chance of creating an oil leak and possible expensive repairs if something goes wrong when the washers is so cheap to replace. I just add half a dozen to an existing order and have them on hand in the garage when carrying out my scheduled oil servicing. Quality maintenance item from Honda at a very afforadable price. And a tip for the inexperienced mechanics out there, do not over tighten the OEM steel drain plug as you could strip the threads in the aluminium crank case.
