Installation Control for GSX-S1000 late stage for KATANA1000

It is the Parts which can take the benefit of KATANA1000 happily.
This is the first time I have bought OVER support and it is very beautiful with Cut-out and Anodized.
With Bolt On, you can easily replace the rear caliper with the new Crab type Brembo.

For GSX-S1000, other companies sell support to change the rear caliper to brembo, but all of them require brake hose replacement.
Moreover, it is only designed with the old Crab caliper.


For installation, the method of routing the brake hose and ABSSensor cable has been changed, and the aluminum bracket has been replaced by the Quantity:There are 2pc and
Attach the Bracket to the inside of the Swing Arm with double-sided tape, then attach the Brake hose and ABSSensor to the Bracket with the Tie Wrap.
Caliper boltQuantity:It also came with 2pc, but since it was an unadorned Bolt, I changed it to my Chromoly Bolt.
The only other parts you need to install are the Banjo bolt for Brembo and the Fluid for air bleeding.


As a hang of the installation, it is important that the fluid of the AXIS cheater does not fall out.
If you install the rear caliper above the fluid tank, the fluid will not come out, so you can shorten the air venting time to a large size.

For the Caliper, I chose the brembo new Crab34 (20.B852.73).
I thought about installing a CNCCaliper, but the Banjo bolt is in a different location than the new Crab.
Be aware that if you try to use the Brake hose without changing it, the only option is the new Crab.

By changing from the OEM rear caliper to this KIT, we have improved not only the appearance but also the serviceability.
It also reduces weight and improves the control of the rear.
There is no loss of stroke with the rear brembo, but on the contrary, the stroke width has been widened and it has become very easy to control.
The Support is very stiff and the Caliper does not twist when breaking.
With the way it feels, I don't think Gail's Rear master is necessary.

However, the ABSSensor Wiring is difficult to handle, and there is a possibility that it will contact the Rotor and break the wire, so I used Tie Wrap Fixing to take care of it.
