■What is GBRacing® Engine Cover?
GBRacing® is a British engine cover manufacturer that supplies parts to the leading teams in MotoGP and SBK, and continues to develop materials that protect engines from impact, based on crash data from actual races.

■FIM approved
GBRacing® engine covers are the only engine covers certified by FIM (Federation Internationale de Motocyclisme).
The products, which meet the strict regulations set by the FIM, provide high protection not only in races but also in street use.

■Commitment to Materials
GBRacing's engine covers are made from a high impact resistant engineering plastic (PA6) with 60% glass fiber content, which is 10 times stronger than ordinary ABS plastic.
The extremely strong and crack resistant design minimizes damage to the engine in the event of a fall.
Manufacturing takes place in the United Kingdom, where the GBRacing® headquarters is located.

■Complete bolt-on design
Installation is easy. Simply place the GBRacing® engine cover over the stock engine cover and secure with the included bolts.
The engine cover is designed using the latest 3D software and produced by injection molding, while also being characterized by the precision of each component.
Optimum engine cover thickness (2mm to 12mm) and efficient design for maximum engine protection.

■Product Collection
Based on our know-how of engine covers, we have created a collection of products including lever guards, frame sliders, chain guards, and stand hooks.

■Lever Guard
Like the engine cover, GBRacing's lever guard is made from an impact-resistant engineering plastic (PA6) with a glass fiber content of 60%, which is 10 times stronger than ordinary ABS resin.
Lever guards have been compulsory under MotoGP regulations since 2013.
It is used for safety reasons to avoid the risk of falling or tipping over due to contact with the brake lever by another rider's bike or body.

■Frame Protector
The GBRacing frame protectors have been developed and tested in collaboration with the BMW team supported by SBK, and have finally been commercialized.
The frame protector is specially designed for BMW S1000RR to minimize damage to the frame in the event of a rollover.
*Drilling and tapping are required on the frame side.

■Paddock Stand Bobbins
The end part of the bobbin is a slider that slides over the bike in the event of a fall, thereby mitigating damage to the swingarm and other rear parts.
Material: Aluminum / Engineering plastic (PA6)

■Chain Guard
This product is designed to prevent the legs or arms from getting caught between the chain and the sprocket in the event of a fall.
For safety reasons, installation is required by regulation in races.
Material: Engineering plastic (PA6)
Please check the size when installing. Universal type requires modification to the swingarm.
(This includes methods such as drilling and tapping threads, or using a rivet nut to create threaded holes.)

■Frame Slider
The frame slider is a product desigend to minimize damage to the frame and other parts in the event of a fall.
The material is made from engineer plastic (PA6) with 60% glass fiber content, which has the same high impact resistance as GBRacing's engine covers, and is 10 times stronger than ordinary ABS resin.
