Having used TECSpecifications on my previous Versys 650, I had no hesitation in going with TECSpecifications on the MT09sp.
Grip is good enough for Circuit.
It's also Exactly because it's cut specifically for your car model.
I know many people don't like the black look, but a transparent Pad is more likely to show dirt. Also, TECSpecifications will not peel off even in the summer.
It's easy to apply.
After degreasing the parts with PartsCleaner, simply position them with masking tape and stick them on.
The Grip Pads on the SIDE were good, but the Tank Pad was too long, so I had to cut it to fit.

XL2 is a thin (.045"), medium durometer rubber skin with a raised dot pattern. The material is thin, lightweight, and has a high coefficient of friction comparable to that of TechSpec's XLine material. Yet less expensive and more durable.
