There are 3 types of mesh pattern, you can choose from A, B, and C.
The stainless steel honeycomb mesh core guard was perfected through years of feedback from the racing scene.
The material is SUS304 polished to #400, a high-grade stainless steel with both rust resistance and tenacity. The thickness of the plate (0.8t) has been upgraded from the conventional thickness (0.5t).
In the circuit, the fine mesh in the center of the tire width is sure to guard against pebbles and debris raised by the front tire, insects flying at the light, and tire debris on the road surface and small pieces of rubber spun off from the front tire.
The coarse meshes on both sides are designed to balance the conflicting themes of "cooling efficiency" and "protecting the radiator from heat exchange".
In the case of aluminum and titanium, the mesh line width has to be made thicker as the thickness increases, while this SUS304 is thicker than the conventional (0.5t) mesh line
The line width has been maintained while the strength has been greatly improved.
This was done in consideration of long-term durability even in the harshest street use, and was selected from a wide range of materials through a series of driving tests.
The most important thing is to keep the core shape as it was when new.
It is recommended to install it as an item to dress up your vehicle and maintain its performance.
