Notice for suspension of Japan Post delivery to Canada
Japan Post has announced that international shipments to Canada will suspend on 29 September.
This is because the unions of Canada Post entities are on strike.
For customers who have already placed orders for Japan Post delivery, we will resume shipments as soon as the strike is lifted or we receive notification from Japan Post that delivery is expected to resume.
For packages that have already been shipped, please check the status of your package with the shipping company by yourself.
We will keep you updated as further information becomes available.
